Everything on this page was filmed on site by our own crew. No renders and no stock library: this is what our work looks like while it is happening. It is also the same record you receive on WhatsApp while your own job is running. This record is part of the documentation we keep on every job. Ask us on WhatsApp for more material from this or any other project. If you do not speak Spanish, we put an English speaker on your job and you get the same record in English.
Our tradespeople work in Spanish. We will never tell you otherwise. The English speaker is someone ADN assigns to your job, not a claim that every bricklayer, plumber and electrician on site is bilingual.

How we document every job
The same standard of record on every project, from day one to handover. If you are not in Peru, this is how you see your property.

We photograph and film the starting condition, the progress and the finished result of every job.

While your job runs, photos and video of the progress land straight on your phone. Nothing to translate.

We close with a final walkthrough and a signed handover record, with the warranty in writing.
