Frequently asked questions
01Do you work nights or weekends?
Yes. We schedule night and weekend shifts when the office or the shop has to keep trading. Anything noisy, dusty or with fumes is carried out outside your operating hours, and the space is protected and cleaned before you reopen.
02Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, we issue an electronic invoice as ADN Construcción. The price is presented line by line and the payment terms are set out in the contract before work starts.
03Do you handle the documentation and permits?
Yes. We prepare the technical file for the project and handle the permits and approvals the works require, including the building management where that applies.
04What do you need in order to quote?
Drawings if you have them, or the approximate floor area, the district, and the date you need the space operational. With that we arrange a site visit and issue a fixed proposal.
05Can the project be run in English?
The commercial and documentary side of it, yes, and that is the side that binds you. The proposal, the schedule, variations, progress reports and the handover documents are issued in English. On site the crews work in Spanish, so where you have your own project manager or building management involved locally, we deal with them directly in Spanish and keep your reporting in English.
