Labour for a bathroom runs S/ 4,300 to S/ 6,000 for a full remodel and from S/ 850 for a basic refresh; a kitchen runs S/ 4,300 to S/ 9,000 full and from S/ 950 basic. Painting, tiling, electrical and lighting elsewhere in the flat are quoted by line item. Every figure is labour only and excludes finishing materials and IGV sales tax. We do not publish a price per square metre, because our quotes are built by line item and converting between the two would mean inventing the number.

Usually yes, and most of our clients do. We work in phases, seal off the active area, protect floors and shared routes, and agree the working hours with your building administration before we start. A full bathroom is the one case where you need a second bathroom available or somewhere else to stay for part of the job, and we will tell you that at the site visit rather than halfway through.

Buildings set permitted working hours, require the service lift for material and debris, and often want the work notified in advance. We coordinate that directly with your administration or owners' committee. Material haulage and debris removal are quoted as their own lines so you can see them: S/ 150 and S/ 200 respectively on our 2026 quotes.

Yes, that is a large share of what we do. You get an assigned technician, photographs at every milestone sent to your WhatsApp, and nothing outside the agreed scope goes ahead without your written approval. If you do not speak Spanish we put an English speaker on your job, quoted as its own line so you can see the cost, and your quote, scope, changes and warranty come to you in English. The tradespeople work in Spanish on site and we will never claim otherwise.
