As a reference from our actual 2026 quotes: an electrical point is S/ 120 per point in labour, sealing and the final clean S/ 180 in labour, and a site foreman's day rate in Lima runs between S/ 180 and S/ 250 per day of labour at market reference. A basic kitchen refresh starts around S/ 950 in labour and minor items, excluding finishing materials and IGV, and a full kitchen remodel runs S/ 4,300 to S/ 9,000 in labour, excluding finishing materials and IGV. The total cost of your job is that labour plus materials and cabinetry, which follow the level of finishes you choose and are quoted separately.
