These figures come from our own 2026 quotes and from market day rates in Lima. They are reference figures in Peruvian soles (S/): they exclude finishing materials and IGV sales tax. The gas point is quoted separately by a licensed installer. This is the same price list we publish in Spanish, because a foreign owner should not be quoted from a different sheet. A well-remodelled kitchen shows in the details that use electricity: sockets where you actually need them, an extractor on its own circuit, and even light across the worktop. We film every job, before, during and after, and hand it over tested.

Photos on WhatsApp, or a site visit
Send photos and measurements of your kitchen in English, or we arrange a visit to assess the existing services, units and tiling. If you do not speak Spanish, an English speaker comes on the visit.
An itemised quote
You get a quote broken down line by line, with the timescale and payment terms. Any extra is agreed with you in writing before it happens.
Phased work
We sequence the job so the kitchen is out of action for as little time as possible. We protect the surrounding rooms and clean every day.
Tested handover, with a warranty
We test the services, the gas and the taps with you, sign the handover record and give you the warranty in writing. Your English speaker is there for that walk.

A basic refresh starts around S/ 950 in labour and minor items, excluding materials. A full remodel, with tiling, cabinetry and new services, is quoted line by line after a free site visit. 02How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A refresh of the finishes takes a few days. A full remodel, with strip-out, new services, tiling and cabinetry, is measured in weeks rather than months. The quote comes with a written schedule, and we phase the work so you get your kitchen back as soon as possible.
03Do I need a municipal permit to remodel the kitchen?
In most cases, no. Renewing finishes, tiling, cabinetry, taps or lighting without touching structural walls counts as refurbishment and is exempt from a building permit under article 9 of Law 29090. If the project involves taking down a wall to open the kitchen into the living room, we first check whether it is load-bearing and walk you through what your municipality asks for before anything starts.
04Who does the gas installation?
Connecting or altering a gas installation has to be carried out by a licensed installer. We coordinate it inside the project so the kitchen is handed over working: gas point, electrical points for the extractor and oven, and final testing. It is all recorded in the handover document.
05Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. If you do not speak Spanish, we put an English speaker on your job. They walk the kitchen with you on the site visit, they are there at the handover, and the quote, the scope, any change and the warranty come to you in English, in writing. You can call at any time and we handle it live. Our tradespeople work in Spanish on site and we will never claim otherwise. It costs more, so it is quoted as its own line and you can see exactly what it costs.
