Real work, filmed by our own crew.
Services · Lima, Peru
From the foundations through to maintenance after handover. Each line has its own technical crew, and all of them work to the same standard: an itemised quote, a schedule we keep, and a written warranty. If you do not speak Spanish, we put an English speaker on your job, whichever of the six you need.
Everything marked as real work was filmed on site by our own crew. No renders, no stock footage.

We put an English speaker on your job.
They walk the site with you at the start, they are there at the handover, and your quote, scope, changes and warranty come to you in English, in writing. Between those two visits you get photographs and written updates in English, and you can call at any time and we handle it live.
Our tradespeople work in Spanish. We will never tell you otherwise. The English speaker is someone ADN assigns to your job, not a claim that every bricklayer, plumber and electrician on site is bilingual.
What you ask for on the site visit is what appears on the quote, line by line, in English. Nothing gets priced off a conversation you could not follow, and nothing gets built off an assumption nobody wrote down.
Real work by a real person, priced and shown separately from the building work. You see what it costs before you agree to anything. We would rather charge for it openly than fold it into a rate you cannot check.
On a repeat job you know the crew and they know your property. Most clients keep the English speaker for the site visit and the handover and drop the rest, so the line comes down or comes off entirely.
We reply on WhatsApp during office hours, Monday to Saturday. Write in English, we answer in English. If you take the job on, we put an English speaker on it.
